As a result, new W2 rail bookings are no longer available, and all existing W2 rail segments with travel dates on or after 15 October 2026 will be cancelled.

Affected guests may purchase a replacement Rail&Fly ticket directly via rail-checkin.com using their name and 13-digit e-ticket number. The following reduced flat fares apply regardless of rail distance:

• EUR 29.99 per direction in 2nd class
• EUR 49.99 per direction in 1st class
• 50% discount for children aged 2-11

Tickets are valid within the applicable travel period but are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Action required: Review affected bookings and advise guests of the alternative Rail&Fly purchase process.

The following options are available:

• Changes or refunds may be processed in line with the standard schedule change policy.
• Replacement rail tickets may be reimbursed via Feedback with proof of payment and the associated PNR or ticket number. Reimbursement will be provided as a credit voucher.
