Further to our communication on 6 March 2026, we can confirm that automatic refund processing via GDS will be reinstated with effect from Monday, 9 March 2026. Full activation is expected during the course of that day.

All eligible refunds can once again be processed directly through your GDS. Should any issues arise, Refund Applications via BSP Link —or through your local Etihad representative for ARC agents— remain available as an alternative and will be processed as quickly as possible.
