The following options will be provided to RJ passengers affected by flight cancelations traveling till 22nd June 2025

• Passengers are entitled for free of charge change without collecting penalties and difference in fare
• Passengers are entitled for free of charge reroute within same region only
• Passengers transiting via Amman are entitled for involuntary rerouting via other carriers upon availability
• Passengers are entitled for a non-refundable voucher valid for 1 year
• In case of refund ticket rules apply
• Change is permitted for travel on/before 15th Jul 2025

Any passenger traveling between 13th June 2025 and 15th July 2025 not affected by a flight cancellation but who chooses not to travel is eligible for the following,

• Passengers are entitled for free of charge change without collecting penalties, difference in fare to be collected if any
• Refund will be processed according to fare rules
• Change is permitted for travel on/before 15th December 2025
